Short version: neo counts which of your ads produce sales. You use it on sites you own, you're responsible for tracking your visitors lawfully, and during early access it's free with fair usage limits shown in the app. The long version:
neo (neoroas.com) provides ad tracking and attribution: a snippet you install on your site, webhooks from your store, a dashboard, a Chrome extension and integrations like Meta's Conversions API. Signing in creates your workspace; one account, one workspace.
neo is currently free. Usage limits (like a monthly tracked-events allowance) exist and are always visible inside the app — you'll be warned well before you reach one, and today exceeding it does not stop tracking. Paid plans may be introduced later; if that happens, you'll be told in the app in advance, and nothing you already tracked is taken away.
You install neo only on sites you own or are authorised to manage. You are the data controller for your visitors: it's on you to have a lawful basis for tracking, to disclose cookies and tracking in your own privacy policy, and to comply with whatever applies to you (GDPR, ePrivacy, platform policies like Meta's). You don't use neo for anything unlawful, and you don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service — abuse ceilings exist and are enforced.
Your tracking data is yours. We process it to run the service as described in the privacy policy, we don't sell it, and we don't show it to anyone else. You can read everything out through the dashboard and the MCP API at any time. Delete your account and it all goes with it.
We work to keep neo accurate and available, and the security page documents how your data is protected. But this is early-access software provided "as is": no guarantee of uninterrupted service or of catching every conversion (browsers, ad blockers and platforms all interfere with tracking — everyone's, including ours; we tell you our match rate instead of hiding it). Attribution numbers are decision support, not financial advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months — which during early access is zero.
You can leave any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or abuse the service — with notice, unless the abuse is actively harming other customers.
If these terms materially change, you'll be notified in the app before the change applies. These terms are governed by Italian law. Questions: hello@neoroas.com.
